Terms and Conditions for Oil Change Service and all other services
1. Introduction By using the services provided by Obi’s Oil Change, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling or using our oil change services. These terms apply to all customers and are intended to protect both parties during the service process.
2. Services Provided Obi’s Oil Change offers oil change services, including but not limited to oil and filter changes, fluid level checks, and other related maintenance tasks. Our technicians will perform services according to the manufacturer’s specifications for your vehicle. The customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information to ensure proper service.
3. Liability and Damages While Obi’s Oil Change will take every precaution to perform the oil change service with due care, the customer understands and agrees that Obi’s Oil Change is not liable for any damages, losses, or malfunctions that may occur before, during, or after the oil change service. This includes but is not limited to:

Vehicle Damage: Obi’s Oil Change is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions, mechanical issues, or damages discovered or caused during the service. This includes, but is not limited to, leaks, electrical issues, worn-out parts, or any damage to your vehicle.

Parts Damage: Any damage to vehicle components or parts, such as oil pans, gaskets, or filters, that may occur during the service will be the responsibility of the customer if they were pre-existing or unrelated to the oil change service.

Personal Property: Obi’s Oil Change is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings inside your vehicle during the service.
By leaving your vehicle at Obi’s Oil Change, you agree to hold us harmless for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages that might occur.
4. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in safe and operable condition before the service begins.

Any pre-existing issues or damages that could affect the oil change service must be disclosed to Obi’s Oil Change prior to the start of service.

The customer is responsible for checking for and disclosing any local ordinances or regulations that prohibit automobile services done at the designated work zone.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Fee: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their oil change appointment. A cancellation fee of [insert fee amount] will apply if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

No Show: If the customer fails to show up for the appointment without prior notice, they will be charged a [insert fee amount] fee.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions Obi’s Oil Change reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The customer is responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions before each service. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
